Shipping Info

We ship orders from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment has cleared. Please note that sales tax may be applicable in certain states, and this will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

 

Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns for a refund within 30 calendar days from the delivery date. Please note that the buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping fee.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Partial Refunds:

In certain situations, a partial refund (deducted by 20%) may be granted. These situations include:

• Any item not in its original condition (used), is damaged, or has missing parts.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt of the returned item. Your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few business days.
